Business Class Hosting

RunTime provides both ASP and Hosted Server options for our products.

Our ASP options provide you with a no-hardware option for getting up and running with RTSB. We provide redundant, shared, and dedicated server options that accomodate any level of performance required.

For clients with their own hardware requirements, RunTime also offers Hosted Server options. Hosted servers are receive all the benefits of our Tier 1 hosting facility, and can be transferred with minimal re-configuration necessary to client facilities.

RunTime's Tier 1 facility is located at Verizon's Internet Data Center in Carteret, New Jersey. This facility offers power redundancy, temperature and humidity control, physical security, and of course superior Internet connectivity.

RunTime additionally provides:

24x7 monitoring and management of our network and servers utilizing proven monitoring tools and thoroughly tested scripts to keep your site running flawlessly.
Periodic site traffic statistics.
Secure OS and application configurations.
Managed services including DNS, VPN, web mail, pop mail, load balancing and firewall.

RunTime is an authorized reseller of most brand-name hardware and peripherals and works with clients to specify and acquire the optimal configuration for individual client needs.

Co-Location Details

Our Co-Location Facility is a premium data center in Carteret, NJ. It is a 82,000 square foot Tier 1 data center built around a dedicated OC48 backbone with redundant power and network architectures, sophisticated and multi-faceted security systems, and high-tech fire suppression. A highly trained staff is available on site 24x7.

Fire Supression

Pre-action water system (no water in pipes)
Independent, zoned sprinkler heads
Air sampler system monitors air samples to identify first sign of smoke; once detected, water will begin flowing through the pipes. Once the heat melts the specific sprinkler tip (165 degrees) the water will be dispersed
Water supplied by city with a 3,000 gallon tank for reserve

Each generator equipped with 3,000 gallon fuel tank, which can be refueled while running
