The Role

Sohonet seeks a talented and motivated IT Administrator to facilitate the companies growing internal IT needs. The responsibilities include;

  • Apple device management (MacOS and IOS) using JAMF
    • Asset Tracking
    • Device Patching
  • G-Suite administration
  • Onboarding and off boarding of users
  • Device procurement and management
    • Internal device management including;
    • Internal phone management
    • Printers / Scanners
    • Meeting room equipment management
    • Hot desk management
  • Software & support license management
  • Troubleshooting internal IT issues
  • Creating and maintaining internal documentation and procedures
  • To undertake additional tasks at the request of your line manager

Skills & Experience

The right candidate should have the below skills and experience:

Essential

  • Minimum of two years experience in an IT administrator role
  • Experience in a macOS
  • Jamf experience or qualification
  • G-Suite experience or qualification
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organised and eager to learn
  • Ability to prioritise work and work independently
  • Eager to learn new technologies

Advantageous

  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience of VoIP services
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices set by TPN, FACT, ISO27001
  • Scripting in BASH or Python
