Sohonet would like to congratulate all the winners of the 2023 British Academy of Film Awards – a staggering 23 wins went to projects our wonderful customers have collaborated on!

Netflix’s WW1 epic, All Quiet on the Western Front, dominated at the Bafta’s last night, taking home a remarkable seven awards, including best picture and best director for Edward Berger. The film also took awards for best film not in the English language, cinematography, adapted screenplay, original score and best sound – what a success story.
The Banshees of Inisherin were also among the top winners of the night, taking outstanding British film and best original screenplay plus several other awards. Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis also received multiple wins and other notable prizewinners on the night included Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio for best animated film and Avatar: The Way Of Water for best special visual effects.
