To all our ClearView Flex customers,

We are currently planning the release of support for 5.1 surround sound for Apple TV  and for 10-bit colour depth on supported platforms. These features will first be trialled by a select group of Beta users who will put them through rigorous testing and if successful we will release to production shortly after and will be made available to those on Pro packages and our Weekly Plus go credit users. 

In order to prepare for this release we will be rolling out an updated version of the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV apps. It is vital that all users upgrade to the latest version of the iOS and tvOS apps. Failure to do so will cause the viewer app to fail to pick up a stream after a restart.  The app will be available in your app store by 14:00 (UTC) 26-Jul-20

If your devices are setup to auto-update apps you should find that the old version is automatically updated to the new version shortly after release. However please make sure you check that you have the latest version before your next Flex session.
