This morning (12. September, 2016), a fire was detected in our offices in Soho Street, London. The fire brigade are currently on-site to determine the cause.
The fire and resulting smoke and water damage have not resulted in any personal injury. Additionally, only a small number of customers with services in 5 Soho Street have been affected.
Our business continuity plan has ensured that all customer-facing and internal business systems are fully redundant, which has enabled us to continue serving our customers without a significant challenge, other than the physical damage to our office space. We expect to remedy this within a few weeks.
We have shifted our operations centre temporarily to another of our UK offices and 24/7 global support coverage has been maintained from this location and our other global support centres.
