With outfits across the globe, the UK facility alone is home the legendary 007 Stage, a further 23 stages, 3 TV studios, the unique permanently-filled Underwater Stage, one of Europe’s largest exterior tank, acres of backlot and thousands of square feet of production office and workshop space.

Challenge

As Pinewood expanded its services both domestically and internationally, they required world-class connectivity, production-grade WiFi and security services to support not only their internal team but the studio tenants and productions coming in and out of the studios. Since production and tenant contracts vary from short to long term, all services needed to be able to support these varying lengths of stay — from 1 day to 12 months setups. Moreover, they required 24/7 technical support to ensure that all productions would be offered the highest quality support from start to finish.

With onsite Studio Coordinators at hand to meet with Productions, they are provided with expert guidance on the services they are likely to require at various stages of production, based on size and need. Plus, the 24/7 onsite support means that they are technically supported throughout the production.
