We're thrilled to announce an exciting update to ClearView Flex! Our latest release introduces support for both 8-bit 4:4:4 and 10-bit 4:2:2 colour spaces to further enhance the colour and picture quality of our streaming services.  Experience unparalleled depth and accuracy in colour representation, empowering you to perfect green screen scenes, elevate colour grading, and seamlessly integrate complex visual effects.

Picture a world where every detail is captured with unparalleled precision:

1. Richer Colour Palette: The support for 8-bit 4:4:4 and 10-bit 4:2:2 ensures that your content displays a stunning array of colours, each rendered with vivid clarity.

2. Enhanced edge detection: New elevated capabilities to help green screen scenes truly shine, making it easier than ever to achieve jaw-dropping results.

3. Essential Colour Grading: Take your colour grading to new heights with the 10-bit 4:2:2 option. This feature provides a broader spectrum of colours and smoother gradients, giving you precise control over your visuals.

4. Seamless VFX Integration: The 10-bit 4:2:2 feature allows you to effortlessly blend live-action footage with visual effects while maintaining pixel integrity for a professional finish.

How to Harness the Power of the New Colour Profiles

During an active ClearView Flex session, presenters can configure the delivery format of their video stream in the stream settings panel. Simply click the cog icon at the bottom of your stream viewer to access these options. Please note that the 10-bit choices will only appear if the Capture format is also set to 10-bit.

For ongoing workflow convenience, consider setting up your default input and output settings within the admin panel under Flexbox settings.

Important Note for Apple TV Users: While we're excited to offer these enhanced colour profiles, we are currently want to be transparent about one limitation: at present, we do not support 8-bit 4:4:4 and 10-bit 4:2:2 formats for Apple TV users. If you're streaming to viewers using Apple TV, please continue to use alternative formats for all users for the time being.

Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to elevate your streaming and post-production workflows. Simply log in to ClearView Flex to explore these game-changing features today!
