Should you wish to make a complaint about our domain name management services, please would you email support@sohonet.com. Should you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily, please write to the Director of Global Operations, 5 Soho Street, London W1D 3DG or call +44(0)20 7292 6900.

Please also contact support@sohonet.com should you wish to make an abuse complaint.

We will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of your email or written correspondence within 5 days and will endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible thereafter.
