About us
We are an Emmy award winning global expert in connectivity and data management services, focusing exclusively on the media and entertainment industry. In short, we allow creatives to collaborate on content wherever they are in the world. We do this by providing an extensive range of SaaS/PaaS solutions backed up by unrivalled technical support which enables them to manage and transfer valuable and critical content quickly, securely and effectively. Our media network is the largest and most established private, high-performance network for the media industry connecting the leading studios, production, and post-production facilities across the globe. {/} {/} Our mission is to connect storytellers by innovating technologies to facilitate collaboration through a world-class managed service. We are committed to our vision of revolutionising the way storytellers create content by making collaboration more seamless and secure. We are building technology to help storytellers do what they do best — create the magic we see on our screens, without their creative collaboration being constrained or limited. As we grow, commitment to our mission remains at the core of our identity. It is woven into the decisions we, as a team, make everyday.
The Role
Our UK/EU based team is looking for a thoughtful Senior Backend End developer to help shape the future of our tools for storytellers. You’ll partner closely with product and design to deeply understand user needs, untangle complexity, and deliver intuitive, elegant user experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving real problems, delivering thoughtful user interfaces, and creating clarity in the face of ambiguity. If you care about the why just as much as the what, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements
{$} Being pragmatic and able to balance delivering quality and sustainable code within a fast-paced industry
{$} Collaborating with the team, Product Management and other departments to serve our customers’ needs and to support each other in delivering solutions.
{$} Recent experience with AI assisted development and an opinion on how it fits into a successful software development environment. {$} You would be expected to work UK hours
Benefits
{$} Learn new technologies - We won’t ever expect you to do the same thing day in day out; we want to give you the chance to explore the latest techniques to solve challenging technical problems and help you become the best developer you can be.
{$} We are a full-time remote development team so you’ll be working remotely. However, it’s also possible to spend days at the office in Soho.
{$} The opportunity to make a difference - We’re here to transform the way the media industry works and communicates. The switch to digital delivery platforms has opened up the opportunity to introduce new tools and working methodologies.
